Trials to remedy the undulation at via duct section on Outer Circular Highway (OCH) at Kaduwela

To minimize the undulations due to low stiffness of Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMA) prepared with 60/70 penetration graded bitumen, a polymer modified asphalt having a high softening point of polymer modified bitumen to be tested for the OCH via duct section at Kaduwela. It is expected that the higher softening point may ease the problematic situation arises due to rise in temperature in day time.
